What BarberApp is
BarberApp is a marketplace and booking platform that helps clients discover barbers and barbershops, review profiles, manage bookings, and use QR-based booking flows where available.
Eligibility and accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for keeping your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless prohibited by law.
Bookings and service availability
BarberApp helps facilitate bookings between clients, barbers, and barbershop owners. We do not guarantee that any barber, barbershop, timeslot, service, product listing, or marketplace content will always be available.
Bookings may be pending, confirmed, cancelled, or completed according to the app flow and the actions of the parties involved.
User content
You are responsible for content you upload or submit, including profile text, portfolio media, product images, reviews, shop details, and booking notes. Do not upload content you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- misuse the app or interfere with normal operation
- upload unlawful, infringing, abusive, or deceptive content
- attempt unauthorized access to other users' data
- use BarberApp for spam, fraud, harassment, or marketplace manipulation
Notifications
If you enable notifications, you agree that BarberApp may send booking-related push notifications through the app's notification providers.
Privacy
Your use of BarberApp is also governed by the Privacy Policy published at the public /privacy page.
Account suspension or termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, legal risk, security issues, or violations of these terms.
You may also stop using the service at any time. The app includes account-management options, including a delete-account flow.
Payments
These terms do not promise live in-app payments unless the production product has that feature enabled and separately disclosed. If payment features are launched later, these terms and the marketplace disclosures may need to be updated.
Disclaimers
BarberApp is provided on an "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free service, or that every booking request will result in a completed appointment.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, BarberApp is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the app, third-party conduct, or appointment outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service as the app evolves. The public /terms page should display the latest version.
